Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

18K gold and platinum pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every piece is covered against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Covered repairs, including lost stones and broken links, are provided at no cost.

Resizing and adjustments are also provided at no cost for eligible pieces.

The only cost associated with warranty service is insured shipping.
